Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Fees: If a student decides to cancel a service before it begins, a refund may be issued based on the stage of the process.

2. University Fees: Tuition fees paid directly to universities are subject to the institution’s refund policy. We assist in understanding and processing refunds where applicable.

3. Processing Delays: Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on the payment method.

Late Payment & Penalties

1. Payments must be made within the agreed timeline to avoid delays in application processing.

2. Late payments may result in additional charges or service disruptions.

1. All payment transactions are processed securely, and customer information is protected under strict data privacy policies.
